Having a snappy CI process is critical for large Ruby on Rails projects. In this talk I would like to present how we at PhraseApp use good old Jenkins in combination with an auto-scaling Kubernetes Cluster to run our CI tests highly concurrent and for a fraction of the costs of hosted CI products.
